Red Ribbon Fund staff members work individually with clients to address barriers to good health, such as lack of insurance, poor housing or unstable housing, and other personal and systemic barriers. Our Care Access Managers and Community Case Manager work with clients to provide information, referrals and ongoing advocacy. The goal is to partner with clients and empower them to increase their self-sufficiency.

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday; 9am- 5pm Please note: Due to confidentiality, only the person seeking services can enroll as a client in the case management system. Family members, friends or social workers cannot enroll someone else for services without formal verbal or written consent.
